The team at GoSafety Ltd deliver a series of health and safety training courses around the country, throughout the year. We currently offer two valuable course: Health and Safety System and Training for Small Businesses and Emergency Plan and Warden Training. As well as offering these open training sessions for local businesses, we can also present these courses in-house at your business.

During the four hour course an emergency plan will be developed and all emergency wardens will be trained to assist any other occupants of the building to evacuate the building in a fire or other emergency situation requiring evacuation. All training will follow the newly created evacuation procedure for the building.
All emergency plan and warden training will adhere to Section 8 of the Fire Safety and Evacuation of Buildings Regulations 2006 which states that the occupants of a building who are employees of the owner of the building or, if the building is tenanted, the occupants of the building who are employees of the tenant, must be trained to assist any other occupants of the building to evacuate the building, in a fire or emergency requiring evacuation, in accordance with the evacuation procedure for the building.

Price: $275.00 plus GST per person : $550.00 plus GST for every folder and basic health and safety system as below
Course Details
This interactive training course will cover the following elements
- A training presentation on the requirements of Section 8 of the Fire Safety and Evacuation of Buildings Regulations 2006
- You will be given the templates and we will work with you to develop your Emergency plan
- Emergency posters will be developed for your site
- We will practice an emergency drill
- You will be given an emergency evacuation template to use for emergency drills
